Joan is a Reiki Master, BodyMind Nutrition & Lifestyle coach, and hot stone massage therapist.  Her integrated approach helps her clients enhance their awareness and connection between the physical, emotional, mind and spirit.  Over the course of our lives many of us have tried to address just one of these elements in isolation, only to experience temporary benefits.  By recognizing the interdependencies we learn that the body and mind are inseparable and can establish strategies that adapt to our dynamic world.
