My experiences with nutrition began as a kid where Mom continuously experimented on us 3 brothers with numerous diet and health plans. It seemed every week there was a different combination of food on our plate alongside a smaller, yet just as colourful plate of vitamins, herbs, oils, etc!
 
All we knew, at the time, was that this stuff was really good for us, but had no clue what it all meant.

In 2003, while pursuing a career in aviation, I became even more involved in health when I began marketing a wellness product line.

Through my involvement, I came to understand why people get sick, and how fatigue and weight gain are simply precursors to dis-ease. As I became more aware, my thirst for knowledge only created more questions and, as a result, I have become extremely passionate about “this stuff”- so much in fact, I resigned as a corporate pilot in December, 2008 to pursue it full-time.

I’ve known for a while now, that there isn’t just one thing that you take or do that will fix all of your health concerns. The challenge was trying to put all the pieces of the pie together so that I could take my experiences and share them with others.

When I attended a Bodymind Nutrition Seminar, in 30 minutes Lars summed up everything that I had read, learned, experienced and believed in!

Webster defines nutrition as, “the sum of the processes by which an animal or plant takes in and utilizes food substances. “, which on the surface, appears quite basic.

What we do at Bodymind is help you to understand how it all adds up. We not only show you the connection between your body and mind. We’ll even explain the effect your nutrition habits have in all other areas of your life. 

As a member of the Seminar Team, my intention is to provide you with the very same clarity that Lars and the simple principles of Bodymind were able to do for me.
